SELF - Charles Kao’s Riveting Speech Encourages Nanhua University Students.
In recent years Nanhua University has been striving to foster and strengthen thinking skills, broaden their horizons and encourage a positive outlook in our students’. To achieve this, the university has organised and held multiple lectures at the university, inviting celebrities as guest speakers to share their experiences and inspire students. On 12th November 2014, Nanhua University welcomed Commonwealth Publishing Group founder and Chairman Mr Charles H.C. Kao to the university auditorium where he delivered a the riveting speech on one word, “己” – “SELF”. Mr Kao encouraged students to develop their independence and to take responsibility for their “SELF” at every stage of life by doing and focusing on the “ most important thing”
